Was the Treasurer Wayne Swan's Budget tough?

The jury's a bit split but a number of economic commentators are saying it was a sensible budget.

I guess that's pretty much what you want.

The Government says it will still meet its promise of getting into surplus by 2012-13 and they've delivered billions of dollars of new investment in mental health.

One man who's pretty excited about the new funding is renowned mental health advocate and former Australian of the Year Professor Patrick McGorry.

He spoke to HACK today.
